How to access unlicensed portal ?!

Hi Folks,


So i just finished updating our dev environment to SSP v10.2.0.2016 and the Portal is not accessible anymore.

The update procedure went fine, IIS is running and services have been restarted, yet my WebConsole.log tells me that our Cireson Licence is only valid for versions 10.1.0 and prior...

But now i cannot acces the portal to provide new licence keys, has anyone encountered this behaviour before and maybe knows a workaround?

as far as i know i cannot revert my update to an earlier version as well, so im basically clueless how to proceed

    @Kevin_Terschlus - You should still be able to get to Admin Settings -> License Settings. Is there an error message you're seeing when navigating to the portal?

    sadly i dont even get to log on to the portal, i just get a blank browser
