Self Service Portal Install and SQL error invalid object dbo.SettingsItem

Penny_SmithPenny_Smith Member IT Monkey ✭
We are trying to install the Community Portal.  We did not use the default 'ServiceManagement' for our DB name.  When trying to open the portal, we receive the error 'invalid oject name 'dbo.SettingsItem'.

Can you provide some insight into this error?

    Hi Penny

Sounds like the database tables did not get populated correctly - were there any errors when you run the install?

Are you able to retry the install and attach the setup log file.

    Cheers

Hi Joe, we are going to try one more thing.  I'll let you know if it fixed this issue.

    Thank you.
