Can the SLA copy the portal database configurations? Such as nav items, dashboards, etc..

    @James_Johnson - The LMA app does not copy any portal data. There are a few different approaches to that. If it's a brand new portal server that's being set up, I would recommend just backup and restore the old portal database to the new location and run the portal installer pointing to the new location.

    So just restore the whole ServiceManagement database from the old to the new?

    Yeah. The installer will perform any necessary schema updates and all your custom nav nodes and KB articles will be there already.
