RED Alert incident ticket question
I have created a red alert for that creates a incident ticket. I also have a orchestrator monitor that watches for RED ALERT - then drops the ticket details into a RED Alert Teams channel.
Problem is to avoid massive amount of new entries being created due to people replying to the initial ticket email, I have set the Monitor to only look for the ticket that is marked as a Parent.
Is there any way to set the initial ticket created by the form to be a parent from the start?
