I recently had someone ask about customizing the "Failed" page so I decided to give it a go.  Here's what I came up with.  I hope this helps someone!

    You can add the bit in replaceFailed.txt to your custom.js and change failed.txt to failed.html and put it in the CustomSpace folder.
