Unable to edit Service Request in Cireson Web Portal for SCSM.

Is there any reason why we can't edit or add information to Service Requests via Cireson Portal?

I can manage and edit Incident Request but cannot do the same with Service Requests. They all show the contents but i can't edit them as they show greyed out.

    Hi @Vik - Are you using the Community version of the portal? If so, it is only able to perform incident management tasks. The full version does allow for working on SRs and the other work item types.
