Help to identify source of SQL
The past two weeks our Service Manager instance is getting overloaded with two specific SQL queries and I can't figure out what is triggering it. It causes the portal to take about 30 seconds to open a ticket and 2-3min to save an update. Nothing has changed from last year so it's a mystery...
I will upload the two culprits and it will be awesome if someone can nudge me in the correct direction... :-)
Do you have the Service Catalog scoped for analysts?
yes, but has never been an issue and there are no new SOs or ROs
The scoping alone for the service catalog causes issues in both the portal and console. Console on open, Portal on save. I had to turn off SO/RO scoping due to this issue.
