Cireson Upgrade failed baseline 11.4.2

I tried to upgrade cireson portal as described here. After process the cache builder- and platform cache service was missing. So I followed those advises and endup with deinstallation ciresonportal as described here. Then I tried a clean installation from skretch.
1) I was wondering that the installer is still remembering the information that I used in the previous installation.
2) The installation throws an error:

Sorry, I checked Event Viewer and figured out that McAfee is blocking the application from running correctly.
