We are looking to get more information into the number of times IRs are re-assigned, to whom, and by whom. Looking at the CiresonAnalytics database, that doesn't appear to be possible, so we're thinking it's something we're going to need to dig into the data warehouse. That brings up a new problem - we're having a hard time finding documentation on the SCSM database. Does anyone know where we can find a good reference to join from the CiresonAnalytics database back to the data warehouse?

@robert_fewins-kalb - Linking the Analytics database back to the Data Warehouse would be difficult. Here's some great info on the layout of the SCSM Data Warehouse.
Service Manager Data Warehouse schema now available - Microsoft Tech Community
Also be aware that the work item history is now stored as part of the new "Archiver" functionality. It may be difficult to dig out for now, but it is there. Have a look at these "unpacking" examples from other tables in the archiver:

The approach to unpacking the history should be similar.
