Self Service Portal - Duplicate links (4x)

When I go to Request IT services, I see each service 4 times 

Apparently the links in the Home section are duplicated... in fact each of them is present 4 times

See screenshot below :

Do you have any idea what it might be like?

Only a few users have reported this problem.

    Please note that in the SCSM (Request Offering) console, requests are not duplicated.

    Example with the request "Any IT Service or Information Request not...."

    We also have this problem following an uplift to SCSM 2019. Did you ever find the problem ?

    Hello,

    we also had the same problem. The fix was to clear the ServiceOffering Table in the Servicemanagement Database and let it resync.

    As far as I know there is a problem open for that.

    As Frei Moritz already stated, we had the same problem, but only with certain users.

    Take a look at this KB article from Cireson:

    This part might be important for you:

    I always stop the cachebuilder first, then truncate the 3 tables, wait 2 minutes and then start it again - Simply restarting led to some misbehaviour on our side (lastmodified table was not updated correctly). Waiting 2 minutes after stoppig it and starting it again, solved the issue for us.
