Character limit that prevents creating an account with only 2 characters?

Hello,

I have created an account with an email address in Active Directory.

This account has been replicated due to a rule in the "connectors" menus.

This account has only 2 characters.

When I create a SR and type the name of this account in the "Create Request On Behalf Of" field, it is not displayed.

I have to launch a search (see screenshot).

But when I create an account with 3 characters, do the replication in SCSM, run a SR and choose the "Create Request On Behalf Of" field with the 3 characters, it is displayed in the list.

Is there a character limit that prevents creating an account with only 2 characters?

Thanks

@Jacky_Gross - That control is designed to not search until 3 characters are typed. Is there something you can add to the display name so it will be searchable with 3 characters?

It's what I guess. So I decided to create an account with 3 characters.

That control is designed to not search until 3 characters are typed....

This means that nothing is possible to change that
