Add Note text in the MA Comments box when Completed

How can I add a note text under the Comments box when completing an MA? The reason for this is: we have to let the analyst know if this is the last MA activity completed the SR will auto complete in 1-2 minutes and they have to add all the completion notes under Results tab before Save or Apply.
Another option would be to have an SR Completion Task. Any ideas?

While adding a note text would be more of a custom job. You could add an RA to the process. Allowing the Analyst to review the workitem and add all notes before closing out the ticket.5
