Unable to delete custom made query

One of our IT Analysts saved 3 custom queries in the "search" area of the Portal.  One worked for a couple days, but she said she edited its criteria, and now when she looks at the query, Nothing shows up except the title of the Query up top.  No content shows in the center of the screen, and no options like "Edit" at the top right, or "Delete", "Save as" etc., show at the bottom either.   Not sure how to help her clear out this search.

    Oh just to add, her other 2 queries work fine and the Delete and other buttons are visible along the bottom.  I have also zoomed in/out (we're in IE 11) of the page but still none of these options show up.

    Hello,

    You can attempt to clear the browser cache by using (ctrl+F5). Also, have you tried recreating the view from scratch? 

    What version of the Portal are you running?
