Change to pending not visable

Hello.

After i upgraded to V6 of the portal the "change to pending" when you send an email checkbox is not visable. is this by design or did i miss something?

    I had an old code that was setting "add to action log" as default, i switch this to the one here https://community.cireson.com/discussion/309 and removed the hide parameter, and now i can see the checkbox! Thanks!
