Include the Ticket number on the survey response

Is there a plan to include the Ticket number on the survey responses? There are instances where we want to know to which ticket a survey was responded. As it is, if we get a negative response we want to address, we don't know which ticket to review to address the issues.

    We'd also like to see the Description and the Date Submitted if possible.

    I see on you feature request page, the first feature request for the Survey, contains the information I'm asking about. There are actually a few feature requests that would provide this information. I'm wondering if this request or others are being pursued, or rejected.
