Does anyone have en example of a custom view in the portal, i would like to create a new "work item" view, for example all Event incidents.
We get alot of event incidents and when you create a custom search you cannot select multiple of them and assign or resolve them so when its your week with events you use the console instead of the portal.

What version of the portal are you working on?
We do have multi-select available on grid items and you can resolve multiple at one time (of the same type). Full disclosure, I don't have a custom view in my environment at the moment, so I need to test this aspect, however, you should be able to do this following this sequence:
- Select multiple items of the same type from you view (based on my example below, use the grey highlighted area, not the teal)
- Select the Task button, to the right of the Edit button
- Change status, indicate Resolution Classification and Description
I'll test with a custom view to ensure this functionality still works. If it doesn't I'll create a feature request around this.
