Problems with IE 11

I have some users that when they log into the Cireson portal in IE, they do not get any options to submit requests. When they log in thru Chrome, they can. They have cleared cache and reset their browser. Any ideas?

    Can you explain a bit more? Do you mean they don;t have any Request Offerings visible?

    They do not. They get the "My Work" and "My Requests" on the left toolbar, but no offerings, only when they use Chrome

    a few random people. I will have them try that and see if there are errors
