Role "UserRoleImpliedIncidentAffectedUser" missing

Bruno_SerafimBruno_Serafim Customer IT Monkey ✭
Hello,

Randomly, our end users are loosing access to their own work items.
When they try to open one, they got a message of insuficient rights. As soon as we create an incident or another work item, they retrieve the access to their other work items.

After some searches with MS, we've found that the role "UserRoleImpliedIncidentAffectedUser" is missing when they don't have access to their work items and when a new work item is created by the user, the role is back.

Are somebody facing the same behavior?
Does anyone have an idea about this behavior?

Best regards
Bruno Serafim

Sounds strange, do they have access to the same work item on the portal when they get the error in the console?

    Yes it is.
No, they don't have access on the portal neither.
