Ability to collapse/group Child Incidents in queue where Parent Exists

Quick scenario: A mid tier analyst has a Parent Incident assigned to him and some of the child Incidents are assigned within their group.

In the portal's "Team Work" view it would be awesome if the Child IRs could be logically grouped/collapsed to the parent. This obviously wouldn't be applicable wherein the Child IRs exist in wholly different support tiers (where the analyst wouldn't even see them in their queue in the first place).

    Great idea. I also would like to see auto Classification of the child incident if included into parent incident, to take the classification of the parent. Also when the parent is Marked resolved it should copy the Resolution Notes to all child incidents Res Notes.
