How easy would it be to customize the incident form to include some help text above or below the Action Log, to offer some detailed instructions (for our less-technical users) on how to add a comment?  ie:  include steps to click the ADD button and then Submit (or apply)

    I'd like to know how to do this too. On the Cireson Support Portal there's some text atop the PR form, so I guess it's achievable.

    Hi Leigh & Chris

    This was changed on the custom form in the name section of the form "ProblemInformation"



    Using the below either directly in the custom form or as a localization over-ride. 

    "This area provides information on active  and resolved Problem Tickets. <br> Please note the comment field is reserved and cannot be updated.<br>This view is provided to give insight to Problem Requests as we work to resolve them.",
