JAWs Screen Reader Support

One of our analysts is partially sighted and requires the use of JAWS screen reader to read and process things on her screen (she uses tab etc. to navigate the screen rather than mouse).
She has recently started to use it with Cireson.

It is being very problematic, can any support/compatibility be developed for screen readers/keyboard shortcuts?

    This is really critical for us. We actually haven't gone live with the portal yet and this is the main area of concern at the moment.

    1. Images that have been added to knowledge articles are announced as "image graphic"
    2. Search buttons are announced as "unlabelled 1 button"
    3. The main search field does not have a label and so is just announced as "edit"
    4. Top knowledge articles: Arrow icons are read with the number of the article e.g "view 51" - be nice to read the article title or have something more meaningful.
    5. The links to knowledge articles are all marked up as headings, but have no 'content' below them. The same applies to links within request offerings.
    6. The screenreader cannot operate the rating function: just the word "rate" is read. 

    It would be good if it worked well with:

    Dragon, Jaws, Read&Write Gold, Zoom Text, and colour contrast analyser tools.

    Surprised this hasn't had more votes. Would anyone else like to see more keyboard shortcuts?

    Love the fact this portal works on any device and any browser. Next step would be to work for any user whatever their accessibility requirements may be.
