Cache Builder log file not working

Hi All

Got a weird issue where even with the cache builder logging level set to all the file is empty. The portal seems to be working ok. Anyone ever seen this issue before?

    Have already been over those. Its really weird as the cache builder service is working fine just the log file is empty.

    Can confirm this is the config file you configured for logging C:\inetpub\CiresonPortal\bin\Cireson.CacheBuilder.WindowsService.exe.config.
