  I get the category issue by myself. I have to add the category via the Enumeration Settings of the Portal and not via SCSM.

  When making changes to your enumerations it will take time for these changes to fully propagate - https://support.cireson.com/KnowledgeBase/View/1176#/. You will also need to recycle the app pool and restart the website as these settings are cached within the session.
  
  In regards to the partitioning of KB articles the only way to currently separate content is to use the End-user content tab for end-users and the analyst content for your analyst. There is no current way to partition by user groups.

  As i can see you are from Cireson Support. Do you know if there will be a change with the next versions?
  
  You mean that it is impossible to hide an article to end users at the moment?
