Customise columns in dashboard

Ryan_KennedyRyan_Kennedy Customer IT Monkey ✭
Hello,

I have made a couple dashboards in the Service Portal which are working well.
However, by default the columns listed are:

Icon, ID, Title, Status, Priority, Category, Affected User, Support Group, Last Modified

Is there a way to add / remove / reorder these columns?
Also is there a way to disable grouping / the text that says "Drag a column header and drop it here to group by that column"

Thanks :)

Drag and drop the column header to reorder. Click on the little arrow pointing down in any header and pick Choose Columns to select/deselect desired columns.

I like grouping, don't know how to disable it.

I try and uncheck / check columns and data in the dashboard just disappears and says empty ..
Tried on v7 of the portal in multiple browsers ...

This seems to work with items in My Requests though.

If this was working can it change the view globally or just for the logged in user?

Awesome! Thanks heaps for that, all working now :)
One more thing though -  on the dashboard I've made I have two separate SQL Table Widgets.
The default widths of the columns are all different and don't line up .. Is there a way to force a default width of the columns?
