Service Desk: Auto route and Assign Tickets

Our service desk manually work out who has the least tickets and assigns that person any unassigned tickets.

It would be brilliant if the analyst console has the functionality to do this and save the Service Desk staff time each morning. It would also speed up the processing of tickets.
