How to upgrade Cireson portal

Please provide detailed steps to update cireson portal. What is the latest version of analyst portal compatible with Service Manager 2012 R2. From where can the latest installable for this version be obtained and what are the installation instructions.

just base version of 5 so v5.0.0
Then from 5.0.0 -> 7.35

Currently the latest version available for download is 7.3 (which works for 2012 and 2016, just need to pick the correct download).
Which version are you upgrading from? Id recommend following the release notes of each release.

From v6+ you just need to basically run the installer which can be downloaded from:
http://softwaredownloads.cireson.com/

I actually meant to refer to detailed instructions for upgrading the Self service cireson portal. Our current version is v4.0.4. ( 588). Also what is the total time required to upgrade? Please advise.
Download installer for v5, run the setup.
Download installer for v7.3, run the setup.
Id recommend reviewing the release notes for v5 and v7.4.
Do note the licensing model changes in 4.0.6+ so make sure you have your product key ready before upgrading. Total time would depend how many servers you have to upgrade, assuming you have 1 server and dont run into any issues it should not take longer than 30 minutes.
Thank you. Who can I contact to get the product keys. Also cireson portal is hosted on one server - so I am assuming only this server needs to be updated. Are there any changes resulting from this for the database.

Then from v5.0.10 to 7.4 ?
Then from 5.0.0 -> 7.3
The required changes are made to the database when running the setup so its a simple next next finish experience.
