How does MAWI invoke "Create Incident" template?

This also applies to the other tasks featured in MAWI for the console, but how are these triggered? I only assumed that it was using some default template/setting in SCSM or Cireson apps but I can't find that setting anywhere.
Is this not configurable/perhaps a Feature Request? While "Create Incident from Template" is a valid workaround task, I wouldn't mind editing the default (one click) behavior.

Hi @Adam_Dzyacky, I believe the tasks that are bundled with the MAWI app use the default template that is defined in SCSM.
There is no place to choose the default template that is used specifically to this task and no way to edit this out of the box as I believe this is coded in the DLL for the solution.
Maybe a feature request to allow admins to define the template that should be used might be best.
I know you'd have my vote.
