Hi... I have several incidents that are not showing in the portal but or visible in SCSM console. Is there any way to have these visible in  the console.

    Restart the Cireson Cachebuilder.
Also recommended to Truncate Table LastModified in the SQL database.

Hi Brian, I have already done that several times but they are still not appearing...which usually fixes the issue...

That typically means your SCSM cache needs to be restarted.
Is there more that one console server?

yes... when you say SCSM cache what exactly are you referring too? Monitoring Agent Health services? Rename it's directory and stop/start it?

    I normal procedure
    Stop all the SCSM services
    Stop the CiresonCache builder
    Delete the health state
    Truncate the table
    Start all the SCSM services
Make sure they are running on the portal server
    Then restart the CiresonCache

I ended up also stopping the monitoring agent on the server that cache builder runs... renaming it's health state directory and starting back up... and everything came over... Thanks so much 5 stars!!! A++
