applying V5.0.10 hotfix

wanted to ask - in this link (https://support.cireson.com/KnowledgeBase/View/1310#/ )what files need to be replaced in this step - Then overwrite the files with the new versions included

    Hello Suruchi,

    This is probably the KB you're wanting:

    In essence, you'd want to copy and paste the bin, Content, and Scripts folder to where you have your Portal installation at. Usually, I just copy/paste everything to cover all bases, there is no effect on getting the .SQL files over as well.

    However, you might be better off getting on to our latest version, 7.4. It uses an installer, is much easier to get on your environment, and then you're on the latest and greatest. :)

    Thank you! I just completed upgrading to 7.4

    I can launch the portal. However whats the easiest way to reconfirm the portal version - and that I am on the lates and greatest. Please let me know ASAP. Thank you !!

    Version is visible in the admin settings of the portal.

    I am not able to install v5.0 on windows server 2012 R2 version. I stuck on on page where app pool identity requires password. Error warning says(yellow colour) : The password seems to be incorrect. Exception: The server can not handle directory requests. However the portal is running with v4.0.12 with same service account. I am able to login to portal server using same service account. But during upgrade issue is appearing. How to find what is the issue?
