Can a url be used as a search query?

I'd like to have a link on one of our Intranet pages that launches a search request to the knowledge app.  This url would include a keyword and would return a list of search results based on that keyword.  I know you can use a url to display a particular article using a number for example - https://selfservice.hennepin.us/KnowledgeBase/View/1724#/.  I'd like to expand on this and base on a keyword, for example - https://selfservice.hennepin.us/KnowledgeBase/Keyword=NetworkingB201.

This string would return a search results page that would contain all articles that contain the keyword NetworkingB201.  I know I could do something similar uses Categories but I'd like to use keywords if possible.
