No search results when trying to change "Assigned To" and "Affected User" fields.

Some of my analysts do not see any search results in the user picker when they try to change the "Affected User" or "Assigned To" fields. Even among users who have the same roles assigned, some can change these fields, others can't. I've had users test with different browsers and different computers but this seems to be an issue with permissions.

Has anyone else come across this?

    Are the users all in the AD Group identified as the SCSM Analysts group?
    You can check what group that is by going to Admin Settings and selecting Setting Items in v7.3+. (or scrolling all the way to the bottom in v7.2-)



    make sure all analysts are in this group as well as their individual support team groups.

    I just double checked and yes, all of my analysts are members of this group.

    Make sure the User Role has access to the correct Configuration items group. I believe they need access to the Global users instance group in order to 'pull' Users from the CMDB
