Access to service catalog items

Hi

We are developing our self-service portal for end users.

I am having trouble granting end-users access to the service catalog.

I have tried creating a new end-user role and giving them access to all, however they are still presented with a blank Home Page.

Any clues would be appreciated.

Thanks

Nic

"Domain Users" does not get cached by default.

If you have added "Domain Users" as having access to the end user role, try adding "Domain Users" to the Team Requests View Groups in the Portal Admin settings. This should then allow it to be cached and allow the requests to show on the home screen.

You can then hide the Team Requests side bar option, or just prevent everyone from seeing it by adding which individual groups can access it.

If you go this route, ensure you restart the cache builder if you want to test it straight away

    Hi @Jeff_Lang
Thanks, I have tried this...but am not having any luck.
I have definitely restarted the cache builder and restarted IIS just to be sure...
    Thanks

Thank you @Adam_Dzyacky...I had completely missed creating a Catalog Item Group!
