GetUserRelatedInfoByUserId - add option to filter in/out MyRequests and Computers arrays

For some users with many workitems, this call can be take quite a while. I'd like to suggest adding a way to choose to include or exclude the MyRequests and Computers from the response. In our env we use this call to populate data for a LiveChat connection in which we are only interested in the top-level user ci information.

To make it consistent with GetGridWorkItemsMyGroups, maybe showMyRequests and showComputers. Both of which could default to false, that way the call is backwards compatible.

    YES.  I also use this web call and the responses are HUGE, when all I want is the user info.  I keep clicking the upvote button but it only gave one vote...maybe the others are just running late and will show up later.  :)
