Should I see knowledge base articles after installing the free Self Service Portal or is the KB a licensed product?

     Hi Alan,

     While the SSP does come with KB functionality, there is no pre-populated content as we find the companies are pretty particular about creating their own articles.

    I have not created any in Cireson, I do have KBs in Service Manager.  I thought Cireson had generic KB's that would be prepopulated.

    Not that I saw on my installed.
    Create one and see how it populates.
