I hope it's possible to have a setup like that, where Reviewers can Approve/deny their RA's having only the End User Role type of Access.

+1! Agreed, this would be so helpful - especially for use with Change Management approvals that include non-IT approvers that aren't analysts and aren't nearly as comfortable with the system.

This could be a very good add-on. It would be practical if there is more information available, like de User input (SR) and for example the Description. Reviewers can see what they need to approve or deny.

At this moment we let other people (end users) approve or deny the review activity by e-mail. For Service requests a Runbook converts the user input to an end user friendly text and put it in the Notes field of a Review Activity. The Review Activity sends a customer friendly mail to the reviewer (for example the line manager) with al the information needed to make a decision. The reviewer can click on the links (approve or deny), that sends a mail to de exchange connector.
