VIew building for Service requests

I would like to see a list of Service requests for the previous day that shows what analyst "picked up" and classified the call in the first instance. when I say classified I mean the Area, urgency, priority
set and the support group changed.

I can see this in the history of the live call, but when trying to view it from the data mark we are unable to see this data. We have customised our Service requests so not sure if that is why we cant see this data.

Any Advice?
