EntityChangeLogid Change Type = 3 "Stage"
Checking the system I cannot find any specific workflow running but SQL blocking is occurring.
Typically ~2:30pm est the issue starts
Following this blog https://www.concurrency.com/blog/w/more-service-manager-useful-queries-–-entity-chang
I am that every AD object is creating about 5 rows in the ECL but cannot determine why and what Staged means. Of note the next day all the rows are removed (I assume from some grooming log)
Any ideas would be helpful. Thanks

You can see if this blog post helps: https://blogs.technet.microsoft.com/servicemanager/2015/11/18/an-in-depth-look-at-grooming-in-microsoft-system-center-service-manager-part-3/
though it deals more with DW grooming, but I suspect that ChangeType should have the same meaning here.
