How do I remove the default service request template from the portal?

When you are an analyst you have the option to click +, Work item, Service Request, New Service Request.  This is a form that has a bogus Review and Manual Activity.  Before the Service request can be closed these activities need to be completed.  I would like to remove this template from the Portal but I'm unsure how to do this.

    Can you also hide the Default Service Request from the Template Selection list or rename it to appear at the bottom of the list? Such a pain in that you can't edit the thing.

    Agree it is a pain! 

    You can hide by scoping it out of the user role, but that becomes tricky to maintain across multiple roles as new templates are introduced.

    Think I will leave that and just educate people to not use it :-)
