    Hi Martin

Do you mean have end users raise Change Requests from the service catalog?

    Hi Joe,
yes. Enduser should add new Change Requests.

I'm sure Joe was about to provide this, but he provided a possibility/workaround here: https://community.cireson.com/discussion/801/advanced-request-offering-change-request-ability

Another way this request has been addressed in the past is to create a Service Request that is a "request for a Change." That Service Request could then be:
    1. Manually assessed and converted to an official Change Request, or cancelled, by an analyst
    2. Automatically converted to a Change Request using a tool like Orchestrator
    Thanks,
    Nick

The first way with offering i have to test this, thanks. But the CR form is individual customized by the customer, so this is not easy to define.

Convert an SR => This is not a option for the customer.

But there is a way to set rights, that an enduser is able to see the CR form?

You should be able to assign different CR Forms to Active Directory Groups. This is done at http://localhost/Settings/Admin/GroupSettings

More info in this KB article here: https://support.cireson.com/KnowledgeBase/View/51#/

You will also need to have an appropriate User Role created in the SCSM console for certain end users to be able to view/edit CRs.
