Text size and line spacing

Some of our Analysts and Customers have mentioned they don't like what appears to be 1.5 or 2 line spacing in the text boxes. Paired with the large text if a user doesn't expand the text box each time then open a form they say its difficult to read an amount of information. 
 

We are new to this system and not exactly web developers, Please can anyone point me in the right direction to change this in the correct manner?
