Portal as Client Facing Self Service Portal?

We are exploring solutions for an external client self help portal and I'm curious if anyone has implemented this Cireson solution externally?

    Externally as in internet facing or do you mean multi tenanted in your SCSM environment?

    Multi-tenanted - having clients have the ability to login with their own credentials and be able to submit issues directly to the Technical teams.

    If the client wanted to login with their own domain credentials they would need to be trusted with the SCSM domain - and with the AD connector configured to bring in those AD objects.

    Another option would be to create each login in your AD environment similar to what we do at Cireson for our Support portal.
