Welcome to the Cireson community!

We want to help you get the most out of your Cireson products and services, and this community is an important part of that. It’s designed to give you a place to interact with other Cireson customers and partners to share tips, tricks and advice.

We have a few rules and guidelines to ensure that this is a welcoming community for everyone. Please note that this is not intended as an exhaustive list. We expect members to be generally respectful both of Cireson staff and other members of the community. Members who are contributing to a toxic atmosphere are not welcome, regardless of whether their behavior is specifically proscribed in these guidelines. No rules lawyers please!

Terms of Use
The Cireson Community Web Site is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein without modification or exception. Your use of the Cireson Community Web Site constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions, and notices contained in the Terms of Use on the page footer.

Stay On Topic
This community is for the discussion of Cireson products and services. Discussions and comments should be related to those topics. Great topics include
• Product questions
• Technical support requests
• Constructive feedback
• Bug reports
• Feature requests and product ideas (click here for more information around feature request posting)

If you’re creating a discussion about a technical issue, please give as much information as possible. This allows the community to help you out much more effectively.

We encourage general system center discussions, and will do our best to assist where possible with Microsoft issues. However the TechNet forums are more of an ideal candidate for issues of this nature.

Custom Enhancements, Extensions, and Scripts
Custom solutions found here are examples of what our community members and the Cireson's consulting team has to offer as well as examples for public consumption to benefit the Microsoft System Center community as a whole.

All files, custom enhancements, extensions, and scripts located here come as is and without any warranty or support. We will attempt to improve this as time goes on based on customer and community demand. Comments and improvements are welcome as well as customization requests.

Cireson's support team has no information on these outside of what you have available and will not provide support for these custom enhancements.

Moderators may close threads if questions around any advanced customizations are unable to be answered, with the recommendation of contacting Cireson Consulting Services for a services engagement.

Be Polite
No one wants to participate in a community full of rude people. This community should have a friendly atmosphere, where members feel free to ask questions without being mocked or flamed. When you’re replying to a discussion, please bear in mind that there’s a real person on the other end of the line.

If another member is being rude, please don’t escalate matters. You can flag their post as abusive or use the report function to bring it to the attention of a moderator. We’ll get to it as soon as we can. Escalating the problem into a flame war will only make things worse.

No Advertising or Personal Promotion
Don’t use this community to advertise your own products or services. As well as obvious problems such as spam, this extends to clear self promotion. Please don’t submit answers that are designed to promote your website, book, business or other endeavor.

Be Considerate of Other Member’s Data and Environment
Please remember that many members will be posting from mobile devices. If you need to post an image that’s larger than 500kb, please link it rather than posting it inline. This saves members on mobile devices from burning through their data unnecessarily

Much love!
