Send mail template -> Link to IR/SR
I've successfully configured the send mail settings in the portal and i've created templates in Service Manager (under Notifications - Templates).
I'm also able to select the template in the portal (when i'm in a IR and click on send mail on the right side). I would like to add a link to the portal (direct link to the view/edit of the current IR). In normal notification templates, this is easily possible and when users receive an email, the can click on the link at the bottom of the mail.
But when i use the send mail function in the portal, then select a template, the link shows up, but not correct. The IR number at the end of the link is missing. Which variable do i have to use in the template?
