I was directed to ask the question here by the support team because they said the help site is more for break/fix type issues than questions. I had previously submitted an SR and then the system changed so it's also possible that the support methodology changed along with it?
Anyhow, I can't find any actual information describing what the setting "Optional, number of milliseconds (0-1200000) to pause workflows before proceeding:
It almost sounds like it will pause other workflows, but on the KB it says workflow, so it almost sounds like it's pausing the Notify Analyst workflow? https://kb.cireson.com/scsm-apps/post/install-notify-analyst-XZ6GCSYKKDd8kRZ
I've looked through everything I could find, all the KB articles on this on the cireson support portal, any post that seemed related, and even the training content/video related to installing and setup of Notify Analyst and nothing makes clear what this does or how it should be set.
What does this setting actually do, when should it be set, and what value should it be set to? We're troubleshooting issues with workflows and this seems like it could be contributing.
