I have a stange problem. One of our analysts is unable to see the analyst tasks on the right hand taskbar. It was available last week, but is missing now.
I checked the AD group membership, If I use the "Assignt to Ananlyst by Group" task, he is in the list. But when he logs on he is unable to see the tasks.
I have also checked the "[ServiceManagement].[dbo].[CI$User]" table and the analyst colums is set to 1.
We have reset the browser cache and tried differnet browsers without success.
Any help/suggestions will be highly appreciated.
