Data Retention / View Historical Tickets

Hey all, redigging into our data retention settings and I can't seem to recall. Few questions:

  • How can I view historical old tickets? Our retention on the portal admin and service manager settings are 3650 days. I couldn't locate a ticket in SCSM so assume it's only available in the DB? If so how do I get to it.

  • Where is the portal retention setting that says we can't view a ticket if it's pass x days? I notice some tickets 1-2+ years that are searchable in the portal, but receive an "error processing your request" when opened. Old ones only.

  • Similar to #2, where is the setting that removes tickets from SCSM after x amount of time, then moves it to the DB?
