How can i get 'Dynamic Data Table Filters' to show up?

Hi Everyone :)

So I'm trying to set up Global Search and sadly my Dynamic Data Configuration is missing most of the Settings, including the Dynamic Data Table Filters

Im on Cireson 9.9.5 and SCSM2016, using my SCSM Admin account
