How to change the hover state of buttons ('save','next' etc) in drawer

I have modified the buttons to how I require them, the only problem I have is that when hovering the mouse over the buttons they go into the light blue highlighted state which is no longer the size, colour or style of my buttons. 

How can I change the style of the highlighted button state when its hovered over?
