Hi Guys,
We've just deployed Cireson Analyst portal, free version, and for some reason the Home (Alternative) keeps flickering when you first get into the portal.
Another thing is that some of our Service Requests are coming up with "FAILED". The item you requested either does not exist or you do not have access to view it. Not all SRs are doing it thou. IRs are fine as far i have tested.
Any ideas on these?
