Cireson Authorizing Helper question

Hi there, we use the Cireson console apps for our SCSM 2019 install, and I've noticed a scheduled task on the main SCSM workflow server that runs at 9pm nightly, to run a file 'CiresonAuthorizingHelper.exe' and has description 'Task executes a process that identifies which users have Cireson Software Assets deployed and updates the relationship between the two.' This was added before my time, and i've started recently noticing an alert of high-rate of dropped packets on the workflow server that usually starts between 9pm - 9:10pm and lasts for approx. 10-20mins, with the process name being 'CiresonAuthorizingHelper.exe'. I'm thinking this may be an intensive process, and there could be resource contention around 9pm when it starts. The logs show a varied finish time for the job, usually being between 9:30pm - 10pm, so it appears it places load on the server within the first 10-20mins. There's only one AD connector that runs at 9pm, to sync in Application Access groups from Active Directory, but only runs for ~2mins or so. We do have Workflows that are usually behind, and show Database Subscription query is longer than expected fairly constantly in the event viewer, but i'm planning to add the relationship types for these custom workflows into the ExcludedRelatedEntityChangeLog table to exclude them from being added into the EntityChangeLog table each time to ease database load.

My main query is though, can it be confirmed what the CiresonAuthorizingHelper.exe actually does, and if it needs to be scheduled at all, and even nightly, and if so, can i move it to a different time, perhaps 8pm or 7pm, perhaps before other AD connectors run, and database backups occur? I just can't find much information on this job online or Knowledgebase, but may have missed it, thank you for your assistance, the name of the scheduled task is also 'Cireson Software Sync',
